Customer Reviews

Good, But is Lacking.3
This is good stuff.

However, the songs are far too short with the exception of "The Tragic Prince". Not all the songs will get replay value and there are about 34 tracks on here. Only six of them really stand out.

The music is well done and if you play on repeat, it does help.

Artwork: True to the game.
Choice cuts: Prologue, Prayer, Festival of Servants, The Tragic Prince, Heavenly Doorway, Blood Relations.
Forgettable ones: Many.
The Final Verdict: Good for those tracks you really liked on the game, otherwise it's okay. It's better if you played the game, which is really a good game.

Astounding!5
How music can move people in such ways! This soundtrack is simply amazing. I highly suggest this masterpiece to anyone that loves the Castlevania series or anyone that loves good music.

Gothic aesthetics5
I am not a gamer, and until I met my husband, I had little to no knowledge of games like "Castlevania," let alone any knowledge about the films that have been influenced by games, like "Silent Hill."

I have listened to this Castlevania cd a few times and I really like it. You don't have to be a fan of the game to enjoy it either. I tend to go for the more Gothic and spooky music, so this fits in perfectly with my aesthetics.
